If the connection on the platform is not working

In recent days, there have been difficulties with the platform, now its work has been restored. For more stable work we offer:

1. Change browser to Mozilla Firefox or Yandex browser

2. Switch to alternative types of communication: Zoom, Skype, Discord, Google Meet (discuss with the teacher in advance on which platform you will be taking the lesson).

To register with Zoom, you can follow these steps:

  1. Go to website Zoom.
  2. Click on the "register for free" button.
  3. You may need to verify your date of birth.
  4. Then enter the email address to which the account activation email will be sent.
  5. Through activation in the letter, you will find yourself on the registration completion page, where you need to enter your real first and last name, as well as come up with a password for your account.
  6. After completing the registration, you will find yourself in your personal account on the Zoom website.

To install Zoom you need:

  1. Go to website Zoom.
  2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page.
  3. Click on the "download" button.
  4. After downloading the setup file, open it and launch Zoom.

Google Meet

If Zoom is not working for you, you can use Google Meet. Ask the teacher to send a link to the lesson. You need to be signed in to your Google account.


Discord for lessons

On the Discord website, you can either log in to your browser or download the app.

1. Go to the Discord website and select "open Discord in browser".

2. Enter username.


3. Pass the "I'm not a robot" test.

4. Specify date of birth.
